Gravity

Sinéad O’Donnell and Hugh O’Donnell are brother and sister living and working in Belfast. ‘Gravity’ is the title of their collaborative work. They have both individually established a profile within the international performance art community. In their work as brother and sister, they present playful explorations of their sibling interactions through live performance, video and time-based installations inventing arcane rituals between themselves and the viewer.
Their collaborative work developed from assisting each other with their solo performances in the mid to late ’90s. Their first performance together took place in Belfast in 2002.
